If you could have one more day with anyone

The right answer would be my grandma, although I would also love a day with my 2 best friends back in high school/early 20s. Ideally before one of them developed schizophrenia among other mental illnesses and before the other became homeless (He’s probably been homeless for 15 years now). We’ve had so many memories together and I would love to just hang out and reminisce about the past. I think the homeless friend is far too gone. I believe he was in prison for many years, but recently back on the streets a few years ago. Even if I did bump into him I doubt he would acknowledge me. The other one I believe still lives at a state mental hospital. I’m friends with his brother on FB/IG and hoping we can hang out again one day. If I end up visiting home next spring I should reach out to his brother and see if I can make it happen.

My grandfather passed when I was 13 or 14. The rest of my grand parents were around till my 20s. He was famously wise and a great story teller. I'd like one more day to talk with him.

I never had a chance to meet my wife's father. So that would probably be my second pick. I don't know what I'd even have to say to him or talk about, but I owe him a great deal, and I'd like him to know his family is in good hands.
