If UFC were to go with Yan/TJ instead of Yan/Sterling, would you be annoyed?

Absolutely. And god forbid Sterling or anybody mention race, racism and white privilege. the legion of pea brained "stop race-baiting" color blind racists will come to Tj and Dana's rescue, despite the blatant gesture if that did happen. The fact that we're even discussing this, the fact that Sterling had to work THIS hard to get the title shot, the fact there is even a small risk that TJ could cut in line, the fact a little part of me is worried about this "visa" issue, just shows how fucked up the sport is. This shouldn't even be a worry on anybody's mind. The answer should be obvious, TJ gets nothing, back of the line, like everybody, end of story. But i cannot dismiss the possibility that Dana would try screw Sterling, using TJ's return, i mean he already fucked Leon after trying to fuck Sterling by making Marlon fight Cory, with hopes of Marlon knocking Cory out and using that old ass knockout from 3 years ago as justification. Dana has an obsessive hate boner for sterling and it is disgusting. You'd almost think Sterling (and Leon) fucked one of his sidechicks or something.

With TJ's return happening very soon and no announcement on a Yan/Sterling fight, i feel like this could be a real possibility now.
Yes. Why does he deserve a shot? Beating up Cody? That is a good point, but not quite good enough

Hell yes. Especially when they already booked the fight and Yan had to pull out. TJ doesn’t deserve an immediate title shot. He needs to fight Sandhagen.

Sounds like something Uncle Bald would do. I almost expect it at this point.

That would make sense to me. Milk the snake while he has venom still.

yes. you don't reward a roider with an immediate shitle tot after a suspension- I meant, wtf

Ironically I would say negative reaction to the idea probably makes it more likely to happen, Dana would be thinking he could capitalise on TJ as a heel.

My feeling is though it won't, TJ is just likely to have more hype if he's coming off of a recent win.

It was already scheduled but Yan had visa issues. I assume it will be re-scheduled.

TJ's entire career was based on cheating and he lost to a dude 3 inches shorter than him on EPO. he should have been cut from UFC as he has no star power or draw at all.

Kinda but only a little - believe Aljo deserves his shot....but UFC and deserves

Like my old English teacher back in the day, I would not be amused!

They already did he was clean for every single fight. Not saying he should get it but we couldn’t be mad cause he was the champ and only lost to the lineal champ 10 pounds down. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bl...y-cody-garbrandt-tj-dillashaw-epo-fight-usada
Not sure if you read that article but they DID NOT retest his samples and they didn't keep them. They do "Strategic Testing" and use an algorithm that throws up red flags indicating that more testing of a particular fighter for particular PED might be needed.

It does not clear TJ in my book as he wasn't properly tested. It clearly states his Urine was tested for previous fights. With EPO there needs to be blood testing done to be thorough.

TJ said on Sonnen's podcast:
He said his teammate, Bellator featherweight Juan Archuleta, had his blood tested and was ordered to undergo drug testing by officials in connection with a fight Friday at Bellator 22 against ex-champ Eduardo Dantas at Madison Square Garden.

This was due to their team affiliation and notice they didn't say Urine testing. There is no way of knowing now as Novitsky said they didn't keep TJ's samples. He is brushing it under the carpet along with Jon's Pulsing. Jones even goes so far as to claim USADA specifically cleared him of any wrongdoing so USADA is not 100% trustworthy IMO.

To punish Aljo for Yan pulling out and then reward a cheater instead?

Everybody should be pissed if this happens.
