riddle me that, if he was just the same person but without the security of his badge, authority, or gun, does he has the guts to stop Jones cause he was revving his car in a citizen's arrest?
the point of my question is that if a REAL crime was being commited, any regular person would have intervened. You don't need a badge or a gun to know to help out a person being mugged, attacked, assaulted etc, to stop a kidnapping, to stop a murder. In fact Jones himself has acted in this very way stopping a mugging.
The fact that this person, cop, only pulled Jones over because he had a badge and a gun shows this wasn't a real crime.
