I would say anyone who juiced as obviously and as long as he did can never even be in the conversation. This is due to my strong stance on PEDs (which I know not everyone shares) so feel free to disagree on that point.

In addition, he has suffered a number of thunderous losses at both HW and LHW (though he did/continues to have solid success overall). Obviously anything can happen at those weight classes but Fedor and Jones (just to name two) showed you can have monumental success at those weight classes without getting KTFO on a somewhat/fairly regular basis.
