If Ngannou was still in the UFC, would the hate stop?

i don’t hate him, but i still don’t think he’s very good, and he really fucked up his career by walking away before his chance at real glory, and i don’t personally care to watch him fight in boxing, and i would rather have shane carwin back instead. but no hate on this end.
 
The UFC shills will say whatever their brief and script tells them to. Franics left the UFC becuase he didn’t like the way they treated him? He’s scared of Jones and greedy. No one will want him and he’ll have to crawl back to the UFC.

He signs a long term contract with the UFC? He’s an unstoppable KO machine and the GOAT.

Believe whatever you want i don't think francis, an mma fighters who reportedly doesn't even have a manager, will land bigger paydays in boxing without the use of boxing promoters (his words)

And 99% of the rest of the roster I am either neutral on. Or I actually want to see them win, and do well.

Maybe i just look at things on a case to case basis.


You don't know if francis will get some boxing mega fight.


You don't know if someother promotion will sign him for more with all the demands he's making you simply don't know that yet so to say he made the right decision is just blind delusion. There is no way you can know that yet, only time will tell. Meanwhile you're fully subscribed to the idea that this can't fail and will not backfire.

Think about it a bit. You'll realise you're not the rational one here.

Your premise isn’t supported by anything.

“Everyone” loved him before? No, they didn’t. Now “everyone” hates him? No, they don’t.

Ngannou was a guy that most of us were glad to have in the HW division and we consider it a disappointment that he left. That’s the end of the story.

It also won’t make anyone “look bad” if the guy who was on his way to becoming champ before a stupid heel hook attempt becomes champ by beating the GOAT. What does that even mean?

Literally every aspect of your post sucks.

Exactly! This is a ufc shill trying to cover all sides. They're worried a guy Ngannou beat is going to beat the golden boy of the ufc.
 
Only if he donated all of his earnings to homeless people, and started living outdoors in encampments and swore to die for our sins.
 
He'd get hate if he kept up his inactivity. I was a huge fan and took his side that no one was signing fights and Ngannou wanted to be an active champ, blah blah blah. He complained about no fights, then finally got the belt and took so much time out that it might as well of been Stipe. I think if he stayed champ, KO'd Jones then whoever #1 contender was he would've gained fans back. I'm convinced his new fans are just happy he stuck it to the UFC, but won't actually buy the PPVs if he starts boxing.

People may not agree with his decision but I haven't seen anyone "hating" Ngannou.

It’s questionable because it’s unclear whether it will have the desired result (of making more money for Francis). Ronaldo actually got the contract. We’ll see if Francis does.

As for your question of what’s the point in staying, that’s pretty silly. Why didn’t Ronaldo quit ten years ago, he’d won all the trophies.

Nothing in this post is coherent, let alone responsive to the post that you responded to.

Very few people are worried about the result of the upcoming fight. We are looking forward to what will hopefully be a great, entertaining fight. I’m also not sure if there is a single person who thinks of Jones as the UFC golden boy. Gane is probably more popular at this point and I expect that the majority will be hoping he wins.

Fans’ feelings towards Francis generally land in the area of, “too bad be left, would have been fun to see him vs Jones, Par and Gane II, also I’m not sure if he’s actually gonna make more money this way.”

The end. This isn’t an interesting topic.
