I can't help but keep tinking the ref will be looking to stop this fight for Conor the first chance he gets.

If Nate gets dropped at all, fight will be stopped.

If he so much as does the stanky leg after taking a big shot, and Conor follows up, I tink the fight will be stopped right away.

I'm aware the UFC doesn't legally appoint, influence, or pay the refs so save that argument.

Not only does this bother me because of the suspected bias, but we may be robbed of a potential war.

I really hope I'm wrong, but I just keep tinking this fight will be a very early stoppage TKO win for Conor.

You're basically saying the UFC is paying off ref's to stop Conor fights in his favor. If you're gonna go that far...might as well just say they're paying off the judges too.

Doubt it. This is a showcase fight, they will let the show go on for as long as possible. I believe Conor wants to show off tonight to make the fight worth the training camp. In all honesty, I believe Conor sees no threat in Diaz tonight and will use it as a highlight reel taunting and dominating Nate. We'll see though.
