Absolutely. I think UFC is hungry to get their cash cow back, they'll make the fight for UFC200.
This... and also I think Ronda herself would find it much easier to come back.

Hell yeah; she gets to circumvent the PTSD suffered from the Holly fight
Imagine Miesha wins and Ronda comes back and beats Miesha again. Then Ronda retires doing movies. Miesha beats Holly again for the vacant title and stays champ for a long time. All Ronda fans will say she is the greatest ever and the fight against Holly was a slip on a bad day

Ronda beats Tate
Ronda ducks Holly - UFC and Ronda cash in. They will keep making someone else #1 contender to avoid the rematch. Why sell one big fight when Ronda sells well as the champ? Holly is older and they put off the rematch until Ronda quits carrying PPV's. The rematch happens as her last fight.

I won't be surprised if miesha wins and we hear tomorrow Rhonda's back in the gym harder stronger and tighter then ever.
However if Holly wins, Rhonda will making movies and trying to have big browne babies.
