If Jones was just receiving a year suspension from USADA he would already be eligible..but he’s not

Jones fans and people who don’t trust USADA are saying Jones will only get a slap on the wrist in the form of a retroactive one year suspension and be able to fight on UFC 230. But Jones was suspended over a year ago now. If USADA was planning on giving him a one year suspension they would have already done it, and that time would already be up and he’d be eligible already. That’s why Jones’ manager and his fans, who were hoping for this scenario, were saying USADA would announce the suspension in July or August, but that didn’t happen. It’s very apparent that USADA intended on giving him a longer suspension than one year, and that Jones team is challenging it and/or delaying it, and that’s why it hasn’t come out yet. Amiright?
 
I always thought if this was the case they'd announce his return on the Conor card, but he's more than likely going to be suspended for years.
If everything is above board.

It took 8 months to determine JDS was getting a 6 months suspension
 
They sure are taking their time figuring it out
 
How do you know he isn't eligible? Just because a fight hasnt been announced yet doesn't mean it won't be

the slap on the wrist will be 4 years instead of 8 years.

my opition always been team jones already knows what he getting and there no rush to make it public.
 
UFC 230... WTF! That's almost two months away! Supposed to be (one of) the biggest cards of the year! Where's your main event?

They should put Brock on the case. He'd figure it out in no time!

JDS claimed tainted supplement from the beginning though, correct? So it was 8 months of investigating to prove his claim. Jones CSAC hearing he didn’t even claim that. What could USADA be investingating?
 
prediction: we will continue to see daily JJ threads wondering what the news will be until the news is officially announced.

It's irrelevant

The investigation time was longer than the suspension and JDS served almost 3 more months than he should have
The same can happen to Jones
 
With the way the UFC has been talking and other fighters, it seems he'll be back this year.

Not really, I think that what took time with JDS was not finding which supplement was tainted, but tracing back why, how and when it was contaminated. As far as we know, Jones couldn't provide any tainted supplement for the CSAC, so there is no thread to pull.
