Depends on the efficacy.

If it was 100% effective at repairing brain damage, things like early stoppages and wins by TKO would probably be greatly reduced if/not outright eliminated.

Fighter longevity would likely be significantly extended, athletes might be more willing to subject themselves to the rigors of fighting if the consequences weren't as pronounced, etc.


Would be the biggest thing ever to happen to any/all combat sports, most likely.
