I think your intentions are good, however its clear you are missing the point of UFC, its not a pure competition to determine who is the strongest fighter its an entertainment empire. That's why most of your decisions are 'good for sport/terrible for business', see my comments interspersed with your suggestions (in bold)

... here's how it would shake out...

1) Replace Dana with Chael Sonnen Bad decision, in fact, terrible decision, Sonnen is an entertainer not a CEO, he can replace Bruce Buffer, Goldie or Rogan, but not DW. If he was any good by now he would be in a totally different space. He got so much exposure that has he had any talent - he would be running his own business/TV channel or something. He is not able to successfully promote himself, let alone multi-billion enterprise.
Dana on the other hand - turned the company from 6 mil to 4 bil in a very short span. He is one of a kind, love him or hate him, you won't find many examples of doing that, Facebook, dropbox and UFC comes to mind (although I am sure I missed some). Love him or hate him - he knows what he is doing, that's why he is wealthy and rich and we are not.
2) Bring back Pride Rules!! I loved pride, but soccer kicks to the head would probably have greater detrimental effect on the fighters, which would damage your assets, so probly no

There are plenty of opportunities for the fighters to damage themselves preparing for the fights, why would you increase the risks, damage your assets and 'wear' your fighters for fights on smaller venues, if that's exactly what is hapenning now with UFN and brings a lot of money
