I call it like I see it. I like Meisha and rooted for her against Ronda both times. Meisha knows that she got a good break in getting the submission and Meisha knows that the next time she would lose against Holly.

Sorry Meisha but you are a giant duck and there is no way around that. I like Meisha a lot less now that this information has surfaced about her chosing Nunes over Holly. Just a blatant duck and no Ronda fans (they absolutely hate Holly no matter what and would even agree with Meisha) are going to sway me into thinking that she didn't duck.

I hope Nunes pulls the huge upset and wins now....and I don't even like Nunes.
 
I don't care. We've seen Holly/Meisha fight, and Meisha put Holly to sleep. Let's see Miesha fight someone else. There's already enough rematching on the UFC 200 card.
 
Love me some cupcake but I'd bet on Nunes, she's nasty.

I'll always love Holly for putting Ronda on suicide watch, but I was very disappointed when she turned down the Cyborg fight after claiming she would fight her at a catchweight.
 
Who the hell wanted to see another rematch? Tate just put her to sleep. It's not like Holly was a long standing champ. She lost the title in her first defense. We all need to be thanking Tate for breaking the cycle of rematches.

LOL that isn't how it went. She had a choice of either Holly or Nunes and she picked Nunes. And fucking LOL calling duck when she just chocked Holly out cold barely even a month ago.

So after sherdog was constantly bitching about instant rematches, now you're all bitching there isn't an instant rematch. So what do yall want? Any time a champion loses, no matter how long they are champion or how they lose, they should get an immediate rematch? Holly had an amazing win over Ronda to get the title, but she didn't even defend one time. The loss wasn't controversial, it wasn't some super short notice situation, there is no need for an instant rematch. Holly looked great on the feet but she had some big holes exposed in her ground game, she needs to go work on that get 1 win and then she can get a rematch or another title shot if Nunes wins.
 
Yeh it's pathetic but you can't really blame her for wanting to hold onto that belt as long as possible. This buys her another year of being the "ufc champion" which has eluded her many times.

She was gunning for the tittle fight rematch at UFC 200 c'mon now.

Ronda ducked Cyborg for years and boom all of a sudden Holly is suppose to drop her chances of regaining the tittle and fighting on the epic 200 card just so she goes up in weight and in Brazil (hello tests) to face the hardest possible fight out there that has no belt behind it and a different weigh class (no 135) just bragging rights oh and no PPV cut either, no main event, no co main event nothing for this real challenge.. makes a lot of sense eh ?

Everybody in WMMA has holes, kind of classless of Miesha to pick the easier fight when Holm campaigned for Tate specifically, this is a gimme fight for Tate and even though she choked out Holm, Holm is still the better fighter.

Meisha was the number one contender, got her shot, and won.

Holly needs to earn another shot, just like Meisha had to.

Why the hell do people think that a close fight needs to be immediately repeated?

Next, please. Not the same damned fight.
 
Choosing to fight Nunes doesn't make you weak. It's not like she's asking for Bethe
 
I didn't accuse Holly of ducking Cyborg and I don't accuse Miesha of ducking Holly. Neither fight made sense.

And LOL at TS trying to spin this into Ronda hate. Dude's got issues

Nunes isn't a gimme fight. Everyone thought Holly was a gimme fight for Ronda, how'd that go? Then since Holly KO'd Ronda everyone thought Tate was an easy fight for Holly, how'd that work out? Styles make fights. Tate's weakness is her striking and while she did beat Holly, Nunes has a completely different fighting style than Holly. Holly is a counter puncher who has power in her headkick, but not much else. Nunes is extremely aggressive with unusual big power for a woman fighter. Obviously Nunes does fade as the fight goes on, but for the first couple of rounds she will be very dangerous and Meisha will either have to get her down early or survive until she can drag the fight into deep water.

Holly has a good gas tank, she'll be dangerous for 1 round but Miesha will get the takedown and do some LnP.

Miesha doesn't make the decision and she hasn't tried to influence public perception away from Holly. She has done nothing but say she'll fight who they tell her to. Also, you are obviously not a Miesha fan at all.
