My view is there are three options.
1. Conservative try to get him to the top of the 155 division. This includes putting him against the highest ranked 155ers ASAP. Pettis/Barboza winner, Eddie Alvarez. Khabib/Ferguson winner. If he wins one of these fights he rematches RDA for the belt, or fights whoever is the title holder at the time.
2. Non-Conservative build AKA Collecting the Golden Gooses eggs- This involves fun fights on his way to a big No. 1 contender fight so instead of Fighting the Khabib/Ferguson winner next, he fights a few action fighters he can and should beat, Diego Sanchez, Al Iaquinta, maybe even Cerrone 2. Followed by a No 1. contenders fight then title fight.
3. Non-Conservative He is Conor now AKA Devil May Care- Put him against Lawler build it up as Diaz being the next big thing and Lawler avenging his loss against the Diaz Brothers albeit he lost to NIck.
Either way they are all sellable fights, what do you think would be best if any of these?
