What he really needs is a ppv against a name opponent that has proven ppv drawing power. At this time Ward is simply not that guy. He could be after GGG gets Canelo in the ring, that is the ppv springboard he needs to become a big time draw. Then he takes on the likes of Ward.
It isn't two weight classes ffs. Ward is a super middleweight and can still make that weight easily. GGG is a huge middleweight that could/should wind up at Super MW at some point anway.
