Is there anything Johnson doesn't do well besides being tall? Would Jones have any chance?
Same size, MM would be on his 28th title defense.
jones is heavierThis is literally what pound for pound is supposed to mean. I've always thought it was strange to rank any higher-weight fighter near the top of a pound-for-pound list, because they are literally already the bigger guys. The whole point of pound for pound is supposed to be to discuss the hypothetical of who would win if everyone was the same size. If everyone was the same size, MMA would be dominated by the fighters currently fighting in the lower weight classes. The current heavyweights and light heavyweights would be nowhere to be seen.
The answer is most likely yes.

Brandon Moreno would beat Jones if they were the same size. Small fighters are almost always better than big fighters p4p. It's why the p4p lists are kind of pointless and not really accurate anyways.
