Will he be the only fighter to ever hold two titles at the same time? There might have been one other but I can’t remember.
Technically GSP is the other. He won his last fight at WW and retained his title and his next fight he won the MW title. GSP is the only current 2 class simultaneous champion. Hopefully DC can be the second. Will he be the only fighter to ever hold two titles at the same time? There might have been one other but I can’t remember.

“Hmm, I wonder who final say thinks is going to win the Stipe fight???”

I laughedSome Scottish guy did it like 10 years ago, but nobody remembers him or cares
Not sure if trolling or just retarded, but GSP didn't hold them simultaneously. He vacated this WW belt before going on hiatus.Technically GSP is the other. He said the following before the first Diaz fight:
This is what I do remember happening
Anything could happen but I put a little less stock in those "amazing victories" at HW because everyone is one punch away at HW, they all beat each other. That's why it took 25 years to find 1 HW that could defend a mere 3 times.
That kinda makes it more impressive, not less...
Also the whole "Everyone is one punch away from a win/loss at HW" is pretty exaggerated.
I don't think it does. There is a larger luck factor at HW than other weight classes. I would be 100% more impressed to see DC beat Bones at 205 than to see him step up and out wrestle Stipe. Whatever though, DC probably has 1 or 2 more fights in him and that's it. He's never going to fight Bones again so he might as well fight Stipe for a big payday. I don't blame him.
