How he looked against anybody is subjective. Statistically he connected on nearly twice the number of strikes at 73% connection rate when they fought, he didn't get a take down. Only real concern is the lack of KO power.

I think Jones legacy will be the one most tainted by Jones.
 
You are high if you don't know Stipe will KO him.
 
You simply can not overlook DC's losses to Jones. Yeah, Jones was on the horsemeat but that alone wouldn't account for how easily Jones made beating DC look. Roids didn't give Jones that silly reach or his ability to run a gameplan like few else ever could.


DC is a fantastic fighter, likely the #2 LHW ever. Jones was just better.


As to the Stipe-DC fight. I have to favor Stipe. A good big man beats a good small man and Stipe has shown few holes to his game. He's simply gotten better every time out, while DC has likely on the decline now.

If that's what you believe, then why do you believe Jones took steroids (aka performance enhancing drugs)?

I think you are undervaluing the mental/psychological effects of taking them. Do you think the Jones that didn't test positive against OSP beats DC that night?

I also think Stipe wins this fight as well...so we do agree there.
