If Cyborg was hot and Ronda was ugly, would the UFC have a 145 women's division?

Remember when Dana White said WMMA sucked? Then all of a sudden a marketable star appeared and he created a new UFC division just for her. He explained it by saying that seeing Rousey finish fights made him change his mind about WMMA and see how exciting it was.

But Cyborg is exciting and finishes fights too doesn't she? If Cyborg was the attractive one and Ronda was ugly, do you think there would be a 145 lb division in the UFC right now instead of 135?

Ronda might be hot by WMMA standarts but you see 100's of chicks daily that look better than her.

Gina Carano was the hot female MMA fighter at 145 and I believe she was still active when Dana White made a statement saying there will never be females in the UFC.

    So maybe no.

If Rousey had failed her drug test, tanked her Division and their superfight, yeah, possibly.

Imagine 145 without Cyborg. How interested would you be?

Imagine 135 without Rousey. We'd still have Tate, Holm, Zingano, Davis, etc.

PVZ is riding the wave of growing popularity of WMMA triggered by Ronda. The big question is with no Ronda would the UFC have made a female division to begin with. Dana originally said no and didn't make one when Gina was around.
