If another fighter claimed everyone was on steroids would it slide?

I love when fighters say this stuff, because it's always the same.
It's always super talented guys with no wrestling who get manhandled by gymrat wrestlers with the exception of Koscheck (after getting his NCAA wrestling title shoved up his ass by GSP) who cry foul.
Seriously, Penn, the Diaz bros. It's as though they figure they can just walk into the cage tie you in knots and walk out without breaking a sweat, and whenever they run into a guy who works harder than they do, it's obviously because that person is on roids and not because they are more focused and motivated.
That said, I'm not saying Roids couldn't be rampant, that's absolutely plausible, but coming from these guys it just seems more sour grapes than anything else.

AFTER Conor was visibly tilted and salty. Like Conor was legit pissed. It took him a while to settle down and throw the teammate on roids witty line out. He had to calm himself down lol.
Countless fighters have come out and said pretty much the same. Shouldnt come as a surprise to anyone who competes or follows any sport. When you actually compete you know and see some shit.
Nate really doesnt give a fuck and it was awesome lol.

Don't see the big deal, especially since Conor can call people Nazi's and shit without penalty. At least Diaz comment is one of which is a huge issue in MMA.
Conor did flip it on him nicely with the Gil and Shields statement.

The fighters don't know who's on what either - do you think they tell each other what they're using?
Safe to say that some fighters are using, but among those passing the tests only the suppliers know who's using (and sometimes not even then, as it goes through intermediates). Even teammates typically don't tell each other anymore (not since Congress subpoenaed baseball players etc). Physical signs don't work (give both false positives and false negatives).
Everyone has their suspicions (to be cynical, typically if someone likes a fighter he's clean, if not he's using). Almost no one has more than that when it comes down to individual cases. If fighters knew for certain an opponent was using, they'd bring their proof to the testing bodies.
