WTF isn't Aldo getting a title shot? WTF isn't McGregor fightin Edgar? I could go on and on. If McGregor isn't defending his title, it needs to be taken away and given to someone who will defend it.
 
I never thought of it like that. You're right, there are other fights out there!
 
TS would love to watch Conor/Diaz 2 but....he has to deliver a week's worth of pizzas before he will have the money to buy the PPV.

Aldo is fat out shape. UFC will milk their golden goose Conor and steer him away from any wrestlers. I see Aldo/Conor 2 before Frankie. Edgar might as well go back to 155.
 
If Aldo would just show up to fight they could've had the trilogy by now, how can you possibly trust him with UFC 200?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

It's ridiculous. No worries, when Full Camp Diaz obliterates Conor then Conor will lose all his ability to make his prisonbitch Dana do his bidding.

I am a Diaz fan, was surprised by the first fight but still think McGregor is going to get it done.

I think the ufc realizes that either one has a good chance of beating Conor, and a loss at fw would ruin any credibility Conor would have for a shot at the lw title.

There is a very real chance. Every MMA fight has the opportunity for an upset. Nate Diaz is one of my favorite fighters, but I'm not going to be delusional and not think that McGregor doesn't have a very good shot and winning the fight.

I'm just kind of curious as to where it goes. If McGregor wins, does Nate get a rematch for Diaz-McGregor III? Is McGregor's title going to have no one fighting for it while the Diaz-McGregor fights go on? If they are just going to fight each other, what's the point of dropping much weight if they are both going to cut for it?

Probably true, but at what point do you take the title away if he isn't defending it?
 
I don't give much of a shit about Conor but he seems much more active than most fighters.

Hell nah. If Conor somehow beats Nate he will never speak his name again.
 
Agreed. That's one good aspect about Conor. He likes to get out there and fight more than 1-2 times a year.

I think they should take it away, definitely if his next fight after Diaz isn't a defense.

I think they just want to be able to call him "champion" when they're promoting the next fight and for him to have a shiney belt to bring to the press conferences.

I'm not for this fight, or Conor for that matter, but it's Dana and the UFC saying he can't defend it. They want the rematch just as much as he does.
