The only fair matchups at this point is probably
Title fight - Tate vs Nunes or Holm rematch since Holm was ahead on the cards in the fifth so it's not crazy.
Then on the same card we get a title eliminator fight
Rousey vs Holm or Nunes whoever doesn't get dat shitle tot.
Trying to figure out why Rousey gets a title shot coming off a pretty un competitive loss.

Because she's beaten the champion twice, defeated nearly every opponent within seconds or minutes, and the only loss in her career is to a woman that doesn't have the belt anymore and is also coming off a loss herself, as a fellow bidder for the fight.

To me, Holm vs. Rousey makes the most sense for a top contender fight while Tate takes on Nunes, but UFC isn't going to pass up the opportunity financially to get Rousey vs. Tate again. But, financials aside, there is still a great case for it.

I'd like there to be some elimination fights before the UFC starts handing out instant rematches to their golden girl. (Its troubling that RR is being protected by not having to fight the tougher fight, to earn the title fight).

Doing that is just one of the many ways Zuffa is ruining MMA at the highest levels.
