NO CHARGES FILED AGAINST CHUCK LIDDELL IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE
According to the report, the DA spoke with Liddell, his wife, Heidi Northcott, and the couple’s daughter, and determined that a verbal argument turned physical but no one was seriously hurt as a result of the altercation.

The couple’s daughter reportedly told prosecutors that she witnessed Liddell and Northcott pushing each other. Liddell ended up with a red mark on his face, while his wife had no visible injuries.

Just to add a bit to this:

Chuck has since come out asking for privacy, but he did mention that the police were originally going to arrest his wife and not him. He asked to be the one arrested so that his wife wouldn't be arrested. He's basically shielding her from building a police record that could be used to drag her through the mud. The police were going to arrest his wife because it was Chuck that was struck by her, not the other way around. I don't know, but I assume Chuck was simply removed from the home and released without spending anytime in a jail cell or even having a police record created.

This.

So Chucks girlfriend beat him up and scratched him up and it wasn’t the first time.

And Chuck gets arrested and released with no charge?

It sounds like only Chuck was punished.

Chuck apparently CHOSE to be removed instead of her...he is not being punished with anything. He is protecting her...and he also filed for divorce right after this incident, so obv not the first time.

Look, no one knows what happened. Divorce is filed, they are likely toxic to each other.

A simple argument where police show up and it leads to "coke head" "wife beater" etc etc --- ALLEGED. ALLEGED. Not cool to "bash fighters" -- but you can call him those things without repercussions? Standards people....

I ain't a fucking defense lawyer, but if this was just a shouting match, that's all it was. She didn't need medical attention, probably just more attention.

I've watched a neighbor get thrown into a wall and on the ground because him and his girlfriend were arguing about NOTHING. Dude was charged after the police roughed him up, and he literally did nothing other than get a little loud. I didn't hear them until the police showed up and stormed the goddamn place to escalate it all.

I honestly didn’t know it was possible for a person to ask to be arrested so that a guilty party could go free.

So he had marks on himself? No charges against her?

He's not pressing charges and was apparently volunteering to go with the police.

I guess it makes sense if the goal is just to separate the two until things cool down.
