WSOF Global affiliate ICE FC (UK pro/am showcase) is owned by former UFC fighter Tom Blackledge. The events are solid regional affairs. Small venue in Wales for this event, but the company consistently pulls in crowds in the UK and has some real talent building in the area.

After signing with WSOF Global, ICE FC announced shows in Liverpool May 21 and Denmark on May 28. Big things to come from ICE FC, no doubt.

Wilson might be one to look out for. He trains at a camp with a few decent guys (one of them being a UFC fighter who won last night) and he looked pretty impressive there.

For sure he's got some skill in that striking. Of course he's very young and very green, but boy did he look comfortable. There's some surprisingly good talent in that gym. Paddy Pimblett there in his corner, meaning that Wilson's ground game probably isn't too shabby either.

Looking forward to seeing more of that young man in future ICE shows.

Trains with Paddy Pimblett, Danny Roberts (just got a FotN bonus last night for UFC), and Chris Fishgold. Not a bad little camp at all.

I must say I didn't know about ICE FC before but after watching these fights and looking at the upcoming card I'll be sure to keep an eye on them.

They're a real quality regional show, who are getting ready to dip their toes into the European market. I'd expect to see future cards on wsofgc.com the last week of May and First week of June.

I can't enough good things about Tom Blackledge. He's worked hard to make it what it is, and I'm happy he chose to work woth WSOF Global. Guys like him are what will make the big plans down the road successful.
