Taking a break from heavy trolling and shit talking and name calling for the moment.
Congratulations to these two, this is so well deserved. These are two guys I will literally push people out of the way to watch at Mundial and Pan Ams. The first time I saw Jordon compete was at the first Abu Dhabi World Pro where he was a purple belt that earned his way into the brown/black division and basically face fucked his first opponent with flying triangles and then finished with a pretty epic flying triangle to arm bar. He works hard, is super humble and his results speak for themselves in Pans and Worlds this year.
I've only met Ian in passing when he was talking to my coach but from what I have gathered he is not only the most polite gentleman in the world, but he also has the same haircut as He Man. He has torn up the competition scene for years. The bes time to watch Ian fight is when he is down on points, because he never quits and puts EVERYTHING into coming out on top.
Speaking personally, guys like these (and these two in particular) are HUGE inspirations to me. They show what happens when you just work really, really hard and dedicate yourself to improvement and training. No corny ass self promotion or stupid blogs or need to plaster their names everywhere. It's seriously awesome and I hope I accomplish half of what they have. I can't wait to see what they do at their new respective belts.
