That's not a puffer fish. That looks more like the Pout Pout Fish from the book I read to my 2 year old. But given the bad luck Uncle Creepy has had since the botched decision draw with Mighty Mouse, that's probably what he was going for.

He does get bonus points for creative use of his right nipple as the fish's eye.

I used to think it was stupid too but he told the backstory in an interview a long time ago.

Apparently his baby nephew was trying to say “Uncle Ian” but it came out sounding like “Uncle Creepy,” so he decided to keep that as his fighter nickname. When you think of it like that, it’s pretty funny and even disarming.

I always wondered why puffers don't get more respect. They're one of the deadliest animals on earth yet guys would rather tattoo relatively harmless pit bulls to look badass instead.

The treatments were to prevent the loss of pigment in his skin. Didn’t work very well, which is why it looked the way it did.
