He's the best guy to come out of Cage Warriors for a long time, most champs from there come in, go 0-2 and get cut.

He is cocky but his skill can't be denied. He's already got his haters who will follow his career waiting for him to lose so they can say "I told you so" no matter how many times they had to he wrong first. The telltale signs are already there. Like how D-Rod and Magny went from people who were going to expose or KO him to being "cans" the moment they lost.

Ye look at Loughran and McKee just in the last card, mckee looked decent and a few extra shots landed in the first he might have won but the nerves clearly got to him looked extremely gun shy and wouldn’t put too much into anything.

And it’s not like his opponent really did anything crazy good, he just jabbed and kicked and defended poor takedowns with terrible entries while avoiding over hands with nothing but the arm weight behind them. He surprised me in the D-Rod fight but didn't show anything in the Magny fight to write home about other than leg kicks.

I agree, Garry has the length and the skill ... but I don't believe he has the physical / psychological skill at the elite level.

Time will tell .

Well that's something you can't be taught. You either have toughness and durability or you don't.

He obviously has heart, to come back from being rocked badly against Song Kenan and grit it out was impressive.

He's likely to get KOed badly at some point though, he doesn't have the genetic makeup to withstand big shots. Tiny head atop a long thin neck is a recipe for getting KOed. That doesn't mean he won't be a fantastic fighter though. Most of the greats have been KOed at some point, let alone fighters that are merely good.

Also, when Izzy did get hit hard by Gastelum had reacted like a warrior.
