Honestly, though, I think Bisping was legit-tough, won't quit.

I don't think Garry = as tough as Bisping ... think Garry will shit himself before losing consciousness ... whereas Bisping has proven he will fight to the finish.

It's certainly possible. I think Geoff Neal was an amazing opponent for him, and I hope they rebook that fight. Garry will have to prove he has the finesse of a Wonderboy, or we'll find out how tough he is (or isn't) pretty quickly in that one.

That's why I wanted the Neal fight to happen.

Geoff has great offensive footwork and is very proficient at closing distance. Would have been a much harder fight for him than Magny IMO.

He is cocky but his skill can't be denied. He's already got his haters who will follow his career waiting for him to lose so they can say "I told you so" no matter how many times they had to be wrong first. The telltale signs are already there. Like how D-Rod and Magny went from people who were going to expose or KO him to being "cans" the moment they lost.

Skill is one criteria ... toughness and durability are another ...

I agree, Garry has the length and the skill ... but I don't believe he has the physical / psychological skill at the elite level.

Time will tell .
