I hate to say it, but I think Garry wins. Luque didn't look like his usual self in his last fight and I think the damage is taking it's toll on him. I was really hoping they would re-book the Neal fight, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

This is a nice measuring stick fight, imo. If you can’t beat Luque. Your game needs a lot of work. A loss isn’t the end of the world. Garry is only 26 in November. But it would put a screeching halt to the hype. For a while at least.

That narrative he was pushing with Magny was so silly... That was such a reach to generate some beef while also attempting to to make Magny look like a bad father.
Just a really shitty move.

Can't wait to see how he tries to convince us that Luque, one of the nicest dudes on the current roster is a bad person and then repeatedly tell him to shut up over a dozen times at the presser.
Good fight tho, that being said I'm favoring Garry. Luque didn't look all that good last time around and I believe all those wars are catching up to him.

Yeah how the hell is that gonna work, Luque's been at Kill Cliff and been really good buds with other fighters there like Burns(treats him like a brother).

Burns also corners Garry pretty often, shit I have no clue how that's gonna work.
Just checked and Luque also trains at Cerrodo where he originally started from, I guess he just won't be part of Kill Cliff for this camp and just go there. Still a very awkward situation....
