I wont say he's a coward for fighting Colby. Beating Colby's ass is automatically understandable. On sight or in the world famous Octagon.

Its the only fight Colby might take that im interested in.

If Colby loses this fight, its over for him, so they should def make it. It dont matter how he loses, even split dec. If he loses to Ian its over for him. He cant live it down. After all the shit he talked about him and his wife and he loses ? No one will wanna listen to anything he says ever again.

Colby fights like once a year, is getting older. Garry would win pretty handily. I don't recall Colby even fighting against Leon

36 can be very old when you've been fighting for over a decade.

Generally athletes who can continue to perform at their best at 36 are the rare exception to the rule.

Some can do it, most can't.

Colby is at that stage of his career where he's past his best days, so it might not male sense to jump back in fighting contenders.

I think wonderboy makes sense.

Alex Pereira is 37 with many times the amount of pro fights that colby has. Should he fight a 41 year old too? A huge amount of mma fighters are in their 30s. It's actually the norm. Mma fighters as a rule are far older than most other sports.

Fighting 41 year old wonderboy is a cop out and a duck. Especially when you've trash talked the other guy's wife.

Age isn't a linear thing.

It doesn't work like that. Everyone has different age and mileage.

Theres exceptions to the rule, but 36 is gonna be old in most cases, no matter what the sport is.
 
colby should just retire, no point hanging around, taking a spot in the rankings if he aint gonna fight..

Cos Colby insulted the shit out of him and his wife for several months straight. Any man can understand why he'd want to be the one to put Colby out to pasture for good.

The fact that Colby seems to be avoiding it, by itself, helps vindicate Ian in this war of words.
