By kill..... Strickland means spar really hard.

That's why he did so well against Izzy. Sean fights when he spars and spars when he fights, when most fighters do it the other way around. Izzy thought he was going to cruise his way to an easy decision and basically get paid to spar in their fight, Sean got confused and actually fought hard, that's how he beat Izzy.

DDP will come to fight and Sean will go back to jabbing his way backwards around the cage. DDP will get pieced up early but ultimately just keep coming for the finish. Sean will try and coast and lose a close decision on activity.
