He is a great fighter, but his post fight interviews are so damn cringeworthy...

Whenever he gets on the microphone and starts talking shit I seriously want to fast forward right through it...He tries his best to be like Sonnen, but he is nowhere near as creative or original.

Even some of Chael's post fight interviews are horrible to listen to (post fight speech after Bisping win), but his pre-fight interviews and press conference material more than make up for it.

DC stuff is so forced it makes me want to change the channel, which is a shame because he is such a great fighter.

If I wanted to watch cornball WWF stuff from the 80's, I would go on Youtube and do so...If you're going to be a shit talker, at least be original or know how to play up the villian role.

He is a fucking killer, that's all you need to know to like him as a fighter.

DC is not only the GOAT fighter, he is articulate, funny, and all around a great guy. If he seems to you to be a little bit corny, that's because he is a great entertainer. Like he said, fighters that say, post fight, they will fight whomever the UFC puts in front of them, how boring. He is bringing flair to the UFC, and it is much needed. It's like being able to watch Jordan while he was still playing. Enjoy it while it lasts.
 
You can tell the guy WANTS to be good on the mic and cut those wrestling promos, but the gift of gab and wittiness is not quite there imo

At least DC tries. He's trying to be entertaining, make it fun, do a little stirring of the pot, but he's just not the best at it. BUT, he's not exactly terrible either, imo.

Watch Cormier in the post fight interview to see the real side of him.

I think it's just the right amount. Chael and Conor are over the top, scripted. And a fighter that says nothing is the worst. DC makes watching a borderline murder family friendly. :)

I think DC sounds great on the Mic... could definitely see him going to the WWE for a short stint after retirement, to fulfilll another dream.

I feel/know he would do better job than Rampage or Ronda.
 
Sounds like a personal problem.

Cormier is a bad motherfucker. Slaps people around at two weight classes and has decorated careers in both to back that statement up.

That's all I care about.

The solution to your problem is simple, really. Turn of the TV right after the fight is over and you know the final result. It did wonders for me.
