I want Bruce Buffer's job

if he gets around 10k per event hes making serious bank. i dont see why he wouldnt be able to keep his job for another decade. dude has a pretty amazing lifestyle

It took me quite a while to get used to talking in front of a lot of people.

Bruce's job is "easier" because it is scripted, so he can play a character without having to thing about it that much after a while.

Buffer is such a pro, he just never misses an event. Has he ever been sick or late? Has he ever been replaced? I know Goldberg got a medical leave but Buffer never steps out of line. That's worth a lot, I don't know if the UFC have a replacement guy in case he calls sick one time.

I wouldn't want that job. You are always on the spot and gotta be just right with names and stuff like that. You gotta go to all sorts of PR crap. I saw Buffer in a hotel in San Jose and the dude looked like a 55 year old worn out tired dude.

I want Burt Watson's job. I mean he's kind of a glorified secretary but he just has to make sure the fighters have everything they need to be comfortable. He's probably all the fighters' favorite person. I'd take his job and then hire a real secretary for half price to do the actual secretary work for me.

Only once when they had 2 cards back to back. Bruce couldn't make it to the second one in time I think they got what's his face from the wec days to fill in. (Are you rrrrready) guy.

There have been two cards he hasn't announced since he started doing it. Another poster already mentioned the one with two events right after each other but I don't remember what the other one was.

The only reason I know there is another card he didn't do is because I remember watching the UFC Ultimate 100 fights DVD and after one of the fights there was a black guy announcing instead of Buffer.
