Much respect to you, and thank you for what you do. Im in the restaurant and bar industry for 28 years and I now oversee over 300 restaurants and bars globally. My point is that there is a future in our industry. The other commenter is probably a kid living in his moms basement.

If you had told me when I was a young guy that I would be content at 27 serving tables I would have punched you in the face. But here I am and yea... I make decent money doing a low stress job (most of the time) with people I enjoy being around. It's nothing I grew up dreaming about but its not bad.
