I thought I could order ufc 196 ppv from ufc.com?

I recently cancelled my directv and I am looking to legally stream 196. I thought I can purchase the ppv through the ufc website but am I wrong? I dont see it listed without having a third device like roku

How are the ufc.tv streams? I plan on getting the fight pass for tomorrows event and checking it out in preparation for 196
