I think they should have let Corey get the titleshot against Merab, anyone else agree???

Among the current BW contenders, I think it would be between Yan or Corey (because O'Malley is coming off a loss).

Nothing, I just think he'll get smoked and as of this moment he might deserve the next shot but bautista is fighting, yan is fighting mcgee, and If yan wins I think he should get it. I think if bautista wins his next fight, sandhagen should fight him. Then winner gets shot after yan

B) Bautista would get smoked by Corey too
C) Can't argue with Yan other than that we saw it and he could do nothing vs Merab. Would like to see someone new get a crack.
D) If it is Yan, Corey vs Patchy for a title eliminator would be fire. (Maybe Bautista shocks me so this is assuming Patchy wins this Saturday)

all sounds good to me. I know we saw yan, but if sean deserves his rematch, yan more than deserves it and does have a title fight win over sandhagen. sandhagen's last win is the same as yans, but yan was first while figgy was coming off wins

Yeah there's no question Yan is deserving enough. Not only did he beat Corey (although that was a great fight and very competitive) he was also straight robbed vs O'Malley. For me it's more that sometimes styles make fights. Merab beats everyone with pace pace pace. Just weaponizes his cardio and never slows and his opponents do. BUT...if there's anyone we've seen that has shown he also never slows it's Corey.

Again, no issue with Yan next up but I do kinda view he and Corey as "same tier" and it's more interesting to see a new matchup.
