I think the winner of Khabib vs Tony should fight Connor next for the LW belt

It would be a money maker of a fight since there will be 1 true #1 contender for Connor to fight. Everyone seems to think Khabib is the 2nd best LW and Tony is not, so this would make things so clearer at the end of fight night.

No Tony is the interim champ. He's the clear number 1 contender. They have make Ferguson vs Khabib because Conor doesn't want to fight anymore.
