Seems like all Jacare has to do is be smart, protect himself during the Belfort Rnd 1 blitz..get a late takedown Rnd 1...tire out Belfort even more or score some damage

Then survive the weaker Rnd 2 Belfort blitz...get a takedown early in the round and get a round 2 submission or finish

Since we have now apparently seen what Vitor Belfort looks and performs like without any exogenous hormones, its tough to predict how he will perform. He still seems to have that extreme power and speed but we don't know how long his body is going to hold up after such a long career and all that messing around with his endocrine system. Id say a healthy Vitor without any new disadvantages wins this fight, but we don't really know if that is Vitor's current state. So You gotta go with Jacare. Anyone see a countdown show or embedded? How'd Vitor look?

Semi-shocked by the number of people on here that favor Vitor. IMO Jacare is THE worst style matchup for him at MW. Even worse than Weidman - who pretty much ran right through him. This is an older Vitor that is almost 40 also. At this point I think it's pretty even on the feet and Jacare blows him away on the mat. Vitor has a puncher's chance but I think Jacare has a good enough chin to withstand a 2016 Vitor blitz.

Henderson survived bombs from Shogun, Fedor, Rampage, W. Silva and Yvel, all known for KOing guys. He had never been KO'd before. Vitor cracked that chin twice.

You might be right, but the path to that opinion isnt paved with solid logic.
Old Vitor, new Vitor, TRTor... he's had his ups and downs but he has still always been known for his KO power/speed.
