I think I got a UTI?

I've just had this insane fever in the evening, "it" burns like hell, and the other symptoms reliably consistent with UTI's.

The fever is killing me, I'm tucked under two blankets, a fleece and woolly hat on, electric blanket up to the max and the heaters at tropical level, yet I'm still freezing.

Doc put me on an anit-biotic, said it would take two or three days to start working.

But what I can't come to terms with is how I got it?

Am I alone, or has anyone experience an inexplicable UTI out of nowhere?

I needed to get my antibiotics extended by three days just to be safe.

I mentioned I had occasional testicular throbbing to the Dr when getting the prescription renewed.

I freaking HATE getting my 'nads groped by a dude.

But it was all clear, I was concerned the UTI had began to affect the 'nads, which would have complicated things.

Should be my last day on anti-biotics tomorrow and I'm all clear, all symptoms are gone or almost completely gone by now.
