Usman is a far superior wrestler, MMA grappler, and clinch fighter. If you disagree, you don't know fighting.

Prime Hughes was before Youtube and streaming video and MMA coaching was uniformly terrible.

I'd argue that the Hughes that subbed GSP was already well past his prime.

Matt hughes had great clinch takedowns and double legs...

He would give usman a run for his money if they chose to grapple...but usman could likely outstrike him to a decision...but prime Hughes likely gets the stoppage against usman on the ground..hughes GNP was brutal and effective
