I am starting to think he is overhyped. But even if he is not, he has done enough stuff that would have him barred from the UFC in the pre-Conor days. I am an old fucker, way older than most of you, and have spent a good part of my life promoting the sport to people who still think it is barbaric. Immature wangs like Arman and Conor, while they may bring extra eyes to the sport, they also attract the kind of attention no one really wants. its totally ok to say it was STUPID for Arman to HEADBUTT Hooker at the weigh ins, the day before their fight, putting the fight in jeapordy off the heels of him pulling out of another fight the DAY OF.


That was one of the dumbest stunts I ever seen.

If I was employing a guy like that, it just makes me wonder if he has any scruples at all.

I agree. Especially if he did break Dan's nose, as reported. The fight easily could have been called off.

If he's going to pull out to bad weight cuts, turn down fights (Gamrot rematch), headbutt opponents at weigh-ins, and attack fans during his walkout, the UFC simply can't trust him to be reliable as champion.

I think the UFC have a right to demand potential champions be reliable to fight more than once a year and not ruin events. And I like Arman. I think he could be champ. But he's not reliable.

Call me crazy, but I actually think Arman would chill out and fight more often if he was champion.

His problem right now is that he's holding out demanding a title shot. And he's hostile because he thinks he needs to act that way. Once/if he becomes champion, I think he will be more confident and act out less.

But hell, maybe I'm completely wrong and it would get worse. Who knows.
