I need advice on PM energy.please.

I understand carbohydrates are enegry/fuel. Clean long buring ones like oatmeal are great for breakfast, BUT, what about in the PM? I train 2hours before my designated sleep time, by the time I get out I have about 20-30 minutes to get to sleep. What kind of meal should I have before training for energy but since it is late at night, what kind of carbs should it be?
