story goes that at some point years ago Jones started to wonder how he would do at HW so he invited Overeem over to do some sparring rounds and Overeem was asked to leave. Basically we have Overeem to "thank" for Jones not wanting to go to HW

Yeah I remember a picture of Reem and Bones training together, maybe Alistair is the reason Jones waited so long to move up hahaha.

But in all seriousness, I think Alistair really was a bad matchup for Jones.
Overeem is a very technical and well-rounded fighter himself, so Jones would’ve had difficulties playing his regular game against him, plus Overeem would have a huge strength advantage over Jones aswell.

I also got to train with him and learned some nice things from the Reem.
He told me he’ll be making his Glory Kickboxing debut in September, potentially against Badr Hari as far as I could judge.

Wait Alistair is married, no ?

He indeed was married, but back then I even knew that at times Alistair was with this girl since he and his wife had an open relationship (so there was no problem about that)

But when I participated in Overeem’s seminar she was there aswell, when I attended Glory 80 in March I spotted them together, they were together at FHM Holland, I spotted her in public at the Glory Collision 4 press conference and at a Dutch tv-show last month when Alistair was the main guest.
Hell I even spotted her on live tv when watching KSW 71 at the moment Reem was cornering Errol Zimmerman, all of a sudden she popped up on the big screen, though I blame nobody for it<45>
I will reply some of my previous posts about this below so you can take a look.

So yeah this all said a lot to me, but then a few weeks ago I heard they were officially in a relationship.
I have mutual friends as the blond girl and they told me that she said it was official between her and Reem. Ofcourse could be some bullshit though as far as I’m concerned it’s the truth.
But damn Alistair still making moves, she’s hot

Last night my old friend Alistair Overeem visited KSW 71 to support his teammate Errol Zimmerman for his fight along with fellow teammate Arek Wrzosek.



I was watching the MMA event live and as the broadcast progressed the camera switched from Errol Zimmerman’s fight to the crowd, and that was when I realized Reem brought a special guest with him on his trip to Poland

She’s sitting next to Arek Wrzosek (Alistair was cornering Errol Zimmerman for his fight at that moment) and I instantly recognized her from my training with Overeem last month.
I couldn’t let my Sherbro’s miss out on this, so I’ve captured some of the action from my television for you guys

I don’t know about his wife back then, but I do know that at the time when Alistair trained at Elevation Fight Team in America he let this blond 10/10 bird come over at times to get some work in
And now they’re a couple.
