Bisping looks a lot different these days and nothing like his old self. Good for him for becoming champ and his new physique. He has taken full advantage of his opportunities lately.

Really? He's always in good shape. He just looked different because he won lol.

He also seems to have gained a lot more punching power than he used to have.

I think hes just planting his feet a little better at times, his footworks always been great but has hindered his power a little at times.

Diggem... Don't go full retard. The count isn't a roid monster. He is just a good fighter that after many years had the stars align.

Yea me neither. Is there a point to this thread?
hmmmm?

He just looks a lot more ripped, muscular, faster and seems to have even more snap to his punches than ever before. Whoever he is training with has improved his technique a lot.

Well considering that he hadn't fought in more than three months and his body didnt change all that much anyway... What little "rip" in his muscle he gained since the Silva fight I can replicate in a matter of months as well.

That's that all natty skill.
