Yes, when you're soft and carrying bodyfat, but have gyno, that's a sign that you have naturally occurring gyno. When you're SHREDDED and you have gyno, that's a sign of steroid use. So... again, stupid post.

Lose these gay ass cable exercises.

These are what you need to do to build strength and muscle.

Squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, bench press and military press is all you need to be doing till you build some strength
 
Yeah, he said barbell so curl bar/ standard short bar, but he doesn't mean 50 each end, he means 50 lbs dead.

I don't want to see the freakish physique of the man who can only bench 115, yet curls 50s. I'm imagining CM Punk with 18", soft, flabby pythons.

Deadlifts don't cause injuries... unless you're retarded and don't know how to do them correctly.

I can never comprehend how dumb shits don't do Deadlifts because of injuries?? lol

As you say, when done correctly you will NOT get injured.

Also if done correctly? Then likely it will help prevent injuries because of the lower back/core strength that's developed.
