^^^ I'm 23, i have no knee problems, and no back problems, theres no sign of them either
my ankles get sore after a run or any long walks
i have been told to get those orthapedic slip things but the doctor has also said , your 23 you have flat feet, your always gonna have flat feet now
when i train i do it barefoot though so is there anything i can put on them then?
also when i try to skip on my toes or balls of my feet the middle of my foot aches, i sound like a girl but its not a muscle pain, cos i'd grin and bare that, it seems like a bone or tendon kind of pain, hard to explain
