Wash your bed sheets, blankets, clothes and even bug bomb your house when you are at work. Bed bugs aren't too hard to get rid of.

How do you know? Have you gotten rid of them before? Everyone is saying you just need to get rid of the bed. But I thought they start hiding and getting into other stuff. I don't think they're just confined to the bed. I've read that even with exterminators it takes more than one treatment if you have a bad infestation.

I would make sure to vacuum your room very well also before fumigating. I wouldn't bother paying a service to clean your place since you're basically paying them a bunch of money to do stuff you can do yourself.

-Buy the highest percentage rubbing alcohal, I think it's 97 percent and a large spray bottle.

-wash all your clothes, bedding in hot water and on hot in dryer

-before putting your clothes and bedding away, spray the entire house with the alcohal. Bedframe, baseboards, dresser, both sides matress and along the seems where they can hide. Even spray the floor and couch.

-keep a flashlight and the spray bottle next to your bed. Everytime you wake up, flash a light on the sheets. If you see any, spray.

I sprayed alcohal for a few weeks straight maybe twice a day and got rid of them.

You will need to open windows and use a fan to rid the place of the alcohol fumes.

You can put the mattress in a plastic bag for a few weeks. Wash your pillows.
