I have bed bugs

So im pretty screwed guys. for the past 8 weeks i have been noticing these weird marks on my body and i kind of summed it up to an allergic reaction or something due to some new supplements i was taking.....big mistake. I went to the doctor after a while because it was getting out of control and he confirmed that they were bites. My left arm is completely covered with bites and im going fucking insane. for the past week i have researched where to find these bastards and for the life of me they cannot be located, they are the ultimate ninjas. Finally this morning i found one on my pillow and it was dead which with a certainty confirms its a bed bug issue.

I called the pest control services in my area and they quoted me at around $1200-$2000 which i do have but im gonna be broke as phuck. Do you guys think i should try and solve it myself or just get it taken care of?
 
I rescued a kitty who had fleas and they got into my carpet (carpet is the worst, rip it out if you have any) and they spread all over

You can buy these toxic sprays to spray the house with but you will need to sleep in your car for the night or something

Go to an animal store or something -- not sure if fleas = bedbugs

you might have to toss the whole mattress and start over in life
 
I swear to go, OP, if i get bed bugs from this thread i'm going to knock you sillier than that one song called Get Silly

You're gonna have to throw out the mattress wash all your sheets and probably fumigate the room and baseboards. Happened to a roommate of my moms in her building. They had to throw out the mattress. Once they are in their good luck getting them out.
 
Wash your bed sheets, blankets, clothes and even bug bomb your house when you are at work. Bed bugs aren't too hard to get rid of.
 
Like mentioned throw everything out. They dont like heat so get a steamer and steam the shit outta the baseboards carpet. Spend an entire weekend doing this. An hour or so wont cut it. If that dont work, spend that money
 
Get rid of the bed and get a new one with a new mattress. You can easily get a nice one for the amount these pest control guys are going to charge you for. Also, get new bed sheets.
 
Keep your distance, you greasy trash person.

Seriously though, it's racist or xenophobic or something of you to blame your foreign neighbors for this.

Ok Im gonna try this tomorrow becuase I have to go to work and give everyone bed bugs. I'm sleeping on the couch tonight
 
You could always try killing it with fire.

But I hear nuking it from orbit is the only way to be sure.
