I hate hearing Michael Chandler talk

Every Embedded, presser whatever. It's exhausting the soliloquies he goes on

Someone can ask this dude what he ate for breakfast and his answer would be

"Well in this thing called life we have to grab every moment by the bootstrap. I can walk down the stairs, work my way to the kitchen *oh look a USADA paper never failed btw lulz* then I'm gonna have to make a decision. Now I know some argue to out the milk in before the cereal and some would argue after. I've eaten breakfast on the east coast, west coast and everything in between and let me tell you..."

STFU Chandler!!! :mad::mad:

We working hard to get the right milk, I can't just go to the local store like normal people, I've got to go to whole foods to get organic milk because I have to be careful to put the right things in my body because that's what champions do because I'm a champion. I do six curls with the bowl before I put the cereal in and do ten jumping jacks before I pour the milk in, other people aren't doing that but I am because that's what champions do because I'm a champion.

C U aT tHe ToP.

Chandler seems like a good guy. He's articulate but doesn't really have a lot of insight so he rambles on. People like TS just like to hate on stuff randomly.

Nah, I can see where TS is coming from here. He means well, but I do find him irritating to listen to.

Chandler is a antivaxx nutbar and he straight up lied in public saying he wasn't vaccinated because he was awaiting FDA approval. He's both a religious wingnut and a confirmed liar.

Personally I find it difficult to listen to people who have trouble with reasoning and honesty talk about anything.

Great fighter, misguided guy, and part of that shows up when he goes on rambling spells.

He’s the most articulate speaker in the ufc. It makes sense the low IQ folk don’t like him.

Sounds like he's narrating his own inspirational video every single time

Or a shitty priest trying to portray 'your journey through god'

I'm not a fan, but frankly considering how odd MMA fans are, there might be someone who needs to hear his pseudo philosophical, sappy, motivational drivel.

Yeah dude just tries way too hard to sound intelligent / well spoken

I found the reason why.................................
Mi..Chael Chandler.....There's a Chael in Michael. That's do it! Another blowhard like Sonnen.

Yeah, but TS hates everything that isn't Bellator, lol.

<Fedor23>

Wot I literally talked about how great the next few PPVs are and even propped up the latest UFC poster. Just b/c Im not a bootlicking UFC shills that slurps up a mediocre card doesnt mean I hate everything they do.

You need to take a damn joke buddy! Lol

You're so cool bro. I can tell your so woke. The vaccine works for sure! And religion is oppression!

Man you're so woke

I'm a gun owning cage fighting fan.

Believe it or not, many of us are also capable of critical thinking. Chandler is a conspiracy nutbar, that is why he's so annoying to listen to.

I find his positive outlook on everything inspiring, ded srs

It's fuckin brutal. Everything is so inspirational, empowering, and positive.
Which can be a good thing in some places. But when its everytime he starts talking it's get boring & tiresome reaaaaaaal fast.

Usually the less a fighter speaks, the more I like them. Definitely agree on Chandler. He's unbearable to listen to.

He has that similar emphasis on attempting to sound like a philosophical athletic competitor that many other public facing athletes try to portray. It's incredibly generic, annoying, and not endearing to most fans of combat sports. And many sports in general because it usually comes across as being contrived. Which is less tolerable when positive than a heel.

They should either speak very little and focus on their fight performance. Or at least develop a persona more appealing to the sport. A mix of a little humor and some arrogance is a decent fit if they insist on speaking more for public exposure.
