No. I don't think incels can even get the 4's. They feel entitled to the hot chicks and are bitter they cannot get them. They tell themselves they do not want the 4's even the 4's wont touch them and do reject them as well.

Basically it will be like the prison phenomena where many men who go in never prior considering gay sex when they had availability to women, do suddenly have gay sex because its the only thing available to them.
