Stretching is always a big part of all my weight training sessions. This time is no different.

The different thing this time, though, is lower volume on the strength stuff. And I am actually doing cardio this time...

I did squats today. Just 2 sets of 2 reps with 235. Paused of course. And I will increase the volume soon. Just lower volume than my previous stuff. Tomorrow I will actually... Walk on the treadmill!

Next mission is to be selective in my groceries and keep the carbs low. Random two-day fasts and then eating like a pig for the next two months is atrocious and shameful behavior.

It's time to be healthy. Thanks to everyone here for always being critical of me. It really did help.
 
It feels good to feel good. Keep your movements and lifting in a fun variety.

Your training was 4 reps ? Dayum.

The rest sounds good. Healthy eating, educating yourself on macros micros and food types so you can make choices. Throwing in cardio and makig that part of your lifestyle.

I am going carnivore tomorrow because I exceeded my allotted 150 grams of carbs maximum today. I guess that's my solution whenever this happens.

I felt the need to consume fiber so I ate grapes and spinach.
