So I quit a job today because somebody tried to accuse me of borderline harassment for asking how old a girl was.
she looked young, like early 20s, so I asked “how old are you, around 20-21?” She said “Nope, I’m 17.” I said “Oh wow, I have a daughter that’s 17, you might know her. Her name is.....”
“Wow you’re .......... dad? Yes I know her.”
“That’s cool. I love my daughter. Don’t tell me anything I don’t want to know. *haha*”
So that was the exchange. I don’t lie on Sherdog. Young girl, who I think might have had a thing for me, idk, tells dad I hit on her by asking her how old she was. Dad says it “might be harassment” and I’m called into meeting. I look everybody square in the face and say exactly what happened, and they want to keep asking stupid questions like “what would you have done if she said she was 21?”
I just said what happened, and then said I’ll go someplace else because I can’t deal with being accused of something for no good reason.
I’ve been accused of false things way, way too many times in my life. Had a bi polar call the cops to protect herself from flipping out around my kids.. Had a cleaning lady accuse me of harassment because I told her she needed to wipe off a mat because staph was going around.. And then really some more.
it’s really hard being a normal person trying to act normal and friendly with people these days. If the girl ends up liking you, you have to put out or face doom. I think white guys are getting this far, far worse right now, for the record.
I would not have banged the guys daughter, because I don’t do things like that to guys I know. If she’s 18 and I don’t know you, I won’t feel bad, but I don’t want guys I know doing things like that to me. I wasn’t trying to bang this girl or harass her. She gave ME eyes, and I didn’t respond. Guilty.
